One flagship or forty sites at once, the job is the same: hit the brand standard, hit the programme, and hand back a restaurant that can trade the next morning.
We cover the whole programme ourselves: surveys, joinery manufacture, site teams, supervision and handover. That is why estates teams treat us as an extension of their own delivery capability.

Timeline and coordination

In-house joinery
Reception desks, feature walls, bar fittings and furniture, all precision-made in our own facility so every site matches.
Full site supervision
Our project managers run every stage on site and coordinate the other trades, so the design does not get lost in translation.

Yes. Counters, seating, panelling and feature joinery are made in our own Lancashire workshop, which is how we keep every site identical.
